Doug Pitassi, in addition to serving customers and clients, watches out for the many people that work at Pacific Office Automation every day. He recalls what it was like to be the company's new employee, and he went through a lot of learning experiences that he still draws on now. He works directly with individual employees and staff members to ensure they have the resources they need to execute their tasks properly. He makes himself available to put them in the proper direction and to assist individuals avoid some of the mistakes he made when he first started out. That is how the company grew to become one of the industry's largest today.
