started with Eastpak from sales manager to country mng, till sales director south Eu , with the addition of Swiss and recently  Jan sport. 
I was driving sales teams, reps, agent, distributors within  wholesales as well  retail with DTC tecnich  .  e.com business also  managed ,  player like vente prive' yoox , tradeinn  and as well control with the  segmentation strategy of  3p players mainly in Amazon platform. Marketing was not a given but a real tool  to maximize the sales results 

Sales manager for the brand Great escapes and Blue notes, the first one  strong in the alp area for alpine and outdoor apparel , gore, polar, Ws, shoeller. outlast    and other technical  fabric  for  apparel ,  destination  sport :  mounteneering, climbing, sky touring. 
Driving sales force, attending and organizing fairs, as Outdoor and Ispo  for several  years.  deep knowledge  fo the best sport  chains and sales force.  In the 4 years this brand grow 40%
