? Encyclopedic knowledge of all product inventory and all business systems and processes using online and in-store inventory management and point of sales programming (POSIM, Magento, BRM, Inventory Lookup/Denali)
? Specialized ski knowledge to outfit customers based on needs for Backcountry, Alpine, and Nordic

• Advocate for staff and create resources that ensure staff feel supported, heard, and understand store policy
• Work with staff and customers to create an environment that supports outdoor endeavors for everyone
• Assist in anonymously reviewing cover letters and resumes to limit biased hiring

Winter Sports Expert (Ski)

? Maintain safety, supervision, and therapeutics for adolescents and young adults enrolled in the program
? Provide 24/7 in-field wilderness care and skills to students
? Work with therapists, co-guides, and field directors to encourage positive student experience and growth

Wilderness Therapy Guide

Size and schedule rental gear specific to customer needs, facilitate small ski service repairs, and sell new merchandise

Retail Specialist & Ski technician

Tend to daily hygienic and health need of lab mice while reporting to professors
? Write reports about conditions and behavior in accordance with current studies
