•	Manage the product development process from design to bulk delivery in related to Men's, Women's, and Unisex product
categories.
•	Engage with Embellishment and garment wash development teams to identify the potential risks and to achieve the target
financial objectives.
•	Set and follow the SOPs to mitigate potential issues in bulk production.
•	Fabric/Raw material sourcing and price negotiation.
•	Establish and execute the process to achieve customer, quality, product and financial related KPIs.
•	Responsible for the sales and other financial goals in the department.
•	Business forecast and budgeting.
•	Lead process improvements and IT related solutions to improve the effectiveness and efficiency.
•	Managing the team with 12 people including one assistant manager and two senior merchandisers.

•	Collaborate with cross functional teams from design, technical design, raw material to ensure on time delivery per set
calendar dates each season.
