Event Coordinator  

I am an ambitious, outgoing individual who seeks extensive adventure in everything! Working toward achievement, I am open-arms to opportunities that will broaden my horizon. As a team leader, my passion is to contribute, support, and make a difference. I'm obsessed with staying organized, it is key to success! My experience in event services has been through sports, private parties, corporate and nonprofits!

Arranging detailed plans and itineraries for large scale events including Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, fundraisers, and culinary experiences. 
Providing administrative help, including extensive note taking, customized checklists and budgeting.
Involved with completing event flow and logistical planning encompassing production timelines, transportation, vendors, volunteers, and event security.

I organized event schedules, developed timelines, managed budgets and maintained all documents necessary. I created events from conception to completion, through covering all events logistics regarding vendor, venues and rentals. I also developed contracts and rental orders, working to meet individual and team monthly sales goals.

Adminstation/ Coordinator 

Create and manage NASA's SoCal social media platforms. I design engaging and informational content to connect to their audience. I also coordinate internal communications between vendors, coordinators and volunteers to ensure all the requirements are in order for the large-scale racing events.

Public Relations Liaison 

Supervise a team of 15 employees and responsible for employee feedback, scheduling, inventory management, and setting operating standards.Created a positive working environment by balancing hard work and a fun work environment resulting in low employee turnover. Created inventory tracking system and wasted food analysis to improve margins. Increased sales through enhancing our social media presence and developing seasonal promotions and seasonal drink options
