Manage full production cycle of company's License Men's brands -WOVENS AND DENIM CATEGORY, from inception through
production, including vendor placement, costing, approval processes, quality etc. for all major retailers, including Macys, Nordstrom
Rack, TJ Maxx, and Burlington etc.
•	Partner closely with design, R&D, tech and merchandising to develop & deliver on high quality product that meets business requirements
•	Finalize margins with merchandising and sales teams before order placement
•	Collaborate with design teams seasonally to ensure the company has the right vendor mix to support product design and innovation
•	Independently work directly with vendors and factories regarding style developments, costing negotiations, bulk delivery finalization
•	Obtain Time and action calendar from all vendors and communicate the information to planning/merchandising/Sales team
•	Work with vendors to receive and review standard WIP reports weekly to ensure production schedule is on time
•	Engage and facilitate daily communication with vendors to address all production related issues
•	Communicate with merchandising team regarding any potential delivery issues, offering solutions & problem solving

•	Responsible for managing the development of product(fabric and Garment) from concept to creation
•	Develop and Present seasonal denim collection to famous US retail and wholesale brands.
•	Collaborate with group product development and design teams to generate new product concepts through brainstorm meetings,
trend-shopping and market research
•	Facilitate the creation of sales presentations with samples, prototypes and presentation boards

•	Visited and coordinated with different mills across Pakistan, China, Taiwan, Turkey and India to source best denim and non-denim
woven fabrics based on the requirements of customers specially Levi's, Hugo Boss, Lucky Brand, Sainsbury, Tesco, Amazon,
Patagonia, Michael Kors etc.
•	Oversaw the development of fabric specifications and costings to ensure that they meet the required criteria of bulk process
capability, price and constraints and customer requirements
•	Lead the fabric development team whilst preparing work plans, allocating relevant work, managing resources and coordinating
with internal and external parties to develop, prepare and deliver samples to meet the quality criteria of the customer
•	Focused on the mills that promotes sustainability in products and processing
•	Monitored mill performance through evaluation and give them feedback each season
•	Rationalized mills through evaluation and make sure to work with the best mills in the region
•	Kept abreast of current trends as per both design and technical aspects
•	Worked closely with brand's designers to comply with their fabric requirements

•	Lead the team of denim product developers for Esprit (EDC), Bestseller and Tom Tailor Group.
•	Worked with designers to translate flat sketches into 3D proto samples.
•	Frequently attended development workshops with Brand's product development team.
•	Analyzed market trends to get inspiration for new Denim product development along with research and development on denim
washing as well as garment dyed articles.
•	Managed huge quantities of samples and working tightly on time schedules.
