• Responsible for the management and direction of Planning and Allocations for CCM, LLC, a total team of 15.
• Developed and implemented new allocation strategy in alignment with company restructuring. Strategized on how to allocate to category launches to drive increased store sales and higher margins. Worked with CIO and IT team on updating the allocation system to maximize productivity, accuracy, and fulfillment of stores allocations.
• Partner with Finance team on sales plans, open-to-buy, on order/receipt tracking, payment, and cash flows. Responsible for the planning and forecasting of $276M annual sales plan.
• Provide direction and goals on processing targets with Supply Chain VP to hit upcoming sales forecasts. Assisted in the implementation of new supply chain processing model to increase processing productivity by providing feedback on allocation vision.
• In charge of reporting and presenting on inbound, outbound, and allocation fulfillment goals weekly to the CEO, CMO, CSO, and SVP's of Planning & Merchandising.
• Manage the forecasting and cash flows for Reverse Logistics accounts, and present performance updates quarterly to key accounts.

• Assist in managing a $180M office by performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Present action plans to upper management aimed at driving sales and meeting profitability targets. Finished FY20 +17.7% to plan, +28.9% to LY, with an overall GM $ increase of 34.9%.
• Partnered with suppliers to chase at-once goods in season and turn orders over to secure inventory. Achieved an overall turn increase of 113BP.
• Work with the ecommerce team to prioritize product based on trend and areas of opportunity. Helped drive $6M over ecommerce sales plan, ending FY20 +70.2%.

Merchandise Planner

• Managed the financials for a $55M annual sales department.
• Forecasted season and year plans based on historical data and current trends. Re-projected financials weekly & monthly to react to changing market trends to achieve the sales and inventory plans for the year.
• Work closely with the Buyer to gain insight on changing trends and forecast business accordingly.
• Ended +25.6% to plan for FY19, a roughly $4M increase over the sales plan.
• Through stock to sales management, had an overall profitability increase of $1.1M over the FY19 gross margin dollar plan.
• Managed and developed the Allocation Analyst position.

• Managed the Fine Jewelry department for Stage Stores, an annual sales volume of $25M. Took the department from a -14.9% sales trend to end the year +6.8%, on 25% less inventory.
• Was responsible for the managing, negotiating, and purchasing of all Fine Jewelry product.
• Increased overall profitability of the Fine Jewelry department through inventory management and restructuring the business model; came in at 104% of the planned Gross Margin dollars for the year, an overall profitability increase of $400K.
• Responsible for the training and development of the Assistant Buyer I position in the office.

Associate Buyer

• Performed weekly, monthly, and quarterly business recaps.
• Developed collaborative working relationships with vendors to achieve category goals.
• Assisted Buyer in placing product buys with various categories. Given the responsibility to place Holiday Motif jewelry buy - increased category margin by 840 basis points; increased overall seasonal turn by 480 basis points; and increased ecommerce fulfillment by 600%.
• Ran monthly financial vendor recaps to track vendor performance through the year and reworked plans based on trends. Built recaps to monitor classification penetrations and communicated changes to Buyer and Planner as well as adjusted product allocation in alignment with trends.
• Was the Advertising and Ecommerce liaison for the Accessory division.
• Trained the Assistant Buyer I position as well as the Executive Trainee position in the office.
