through experience as a marketing specialist and a strong

As a Marketing Specialist, I am constantly expanding on my
email marketing and data entry skills. My daily
responsibilities include contacting customers via phone and email to collect information, inputting all relevant
information into Sharepoint and Microsoft Excel, analyzing

the data for inconsistencies, as well as creating marketing
materials to send to customers.

While working as a supervisor, I increased my organization and data entry skills by creating a system to collect
customers' requests for new products. This in turn
increased customer satisfaction and sales. I also grew my
leadership skills by planning and coordinating daily tasks for my team of 5-10 people as well as training new staff. I
was also responsible for documenting accurate sales for
each day using Microsoft Excel which required a high level of attention to detail.
