•   Complete analysis of the customer's sample swatch or cad print
•   Use suitable counts, colors and construction to match the customer's sample
•   Develop material options for maximum usage in different products
•   Provide support for new development activities mostly on collection basis and seasonal stories


•	Conduct verification of quality of grey product and if required make comment for the correction
to the production department
•	Produced innovative verification system to reduce false production and increase companies profit
with less wastage

Manufacturing manager

•	Development of Jacquard designs on Sophis cad system
•	Work with the artiest team and coordinate textile programs
•	Provide support for new textile documentations
•	Develop many types of textile products mainly home furnishing and automotive
•	Create and maintain textile database of the weaves and product details
•	Conduct verification and testing and coordinate with relative department
•	Prepared complete ISO documentation for the department

•	Supervise the loom shade of Sulzer Ruti Rapier Looms with Stubli Dobby and Bonas Jacquard
•	Take quality control round and machine maintenance
•	Create and maintain database of the shift
•	Achieved 80% efficiency of loom shade, first time in the history of Modern terry towel in my shift
