Creative Media Manager

I have over 20 years of working on traditional and digital projects for global brands like Disney, RedBull and Pelican, including 5 years of managing, plus art directing design teams, photographers and outside agencies, resulting in having the proven experience to meet design challenges across a variety of projects and multiple industries. 

 •  In collaboration with design team, create projects from concept to 
completion which include: Product launches for digital and print campaigns, 
collateral, packaging design, trade show design, merchandising, point of 
purchase, advertising, special event graphics, video and motion graphics
•  Lead creative aspects for B to B commercial and government division 
regionally and globally, and work on various creative projects for the 
consumer (retail) division
•  Art direct and manage in-house design team, external freelancers, 
3-D artist, photographers, videographers and external agencies to meet 
project deadlines and budget
•  Art direct and collaborate with UI/UX designers 
•  Establish brand guidelines and develop internal procedures 
to improve efficiency 
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure 
communication on projects are on schedule
•  Responsible for copy writing on most government and commercial product launches


•  Managed production, manipulation, and updates of web banners, 
packaging, trade show graphics, and catalogs
•  Proof materials for accuracy and prepared files for final output
•  Made revisions and corrections on existing designs
•  Collaborated with design team in brain storm sessions



Graphic Designer

•  Producer of photo shoots which consisted of: location scouting, 
propping, styling, set design, permit and insurance security, talent 
research and booking
•  Digital camera, studio lighting and grip equipment knowledge for product 
photography, executive portraits and off-site life style photo shoots
•  Created and maintained photography production process to ensure that 
projects are completed on schedule
•  Responsible for Image retouching, and image file organization
•  Focused on creative concepts, both images and headlines to support 
product Unique Selling Proposition. Also organized written text in cogent 
hierarchy, prioritizing USP and other product features
•  Story board ideas for photo shoots or video campaigns
•  Provided support for presentation, trade show and other marketing needs
•  Managed production, manipulation, and updates of web banners, 
packaging, trade show graphics, and catalogs
