- Helped scale the operational footprint for a >$14M/Yr premium gifting service provider in 2021, overseeing >135k shipments for both B2C and B2B customers.
- Led all vendor management and third-party outsourcing to ensure efficient and cost effective solutions to meet operational growth targets; including the establishment of SOP's, safety and best practice.
- Effectively maneuvered BOXFOX through the COVID-19 pandemic and into a record-breaking Q4 with minimal downtime or revenue loss, as COVID-19 compliance lead.
- Managed a successful transition of the BOXFOX workforce into a new corporate office and operations facility, with minimal business interruption and downtime.


Operations Associate

- Managed inventory inflows and outflows across multiple sales channels and departments, with a high-level quality control and tracking, ensuring alignment with all sales goals.

Inbound Inventory Assistant

- Performed top-level administrative support for the CEO and executive team, including calendar management, scheduling conference calls/in-person meetings, travel coordination and internal company events.
- Implemented office management deliverables for 6 different departments, including purchasing, internal communication, administrative assistance and project collaboration.


Administrative Support

- Established and maintained multiple e-commerce platforms within Etsy to produce a high-volume sales channel targeting local schools and specializing in product and apparel. 
- Managed all product creation and system design for the full product life-cycle while executing all internal and external deliverables.


Apparel Department Project Manager

- Served as personal assistant to Richard Cohn, overseeing staff meetings, family scheduling, travel arrangements and administrative tasks.
- Head liaison between homeowner and vendors for all property-related projects, including scheduling, billing and all accounting related issues.
