Senior Marketing Designer  • Conceptualize, design and produce print and digital materials, including & Social Media Manager	collateral, advertisements, web and email graphics/custom landing
pages, flyers, brochures, digital advertising, presentations, along with heather woodbury	 S.R.SMITH, LLC	social media content creation and video filming/editing.
MAY 2015 - PRESENT	• Partner with the marketing managers, director of digital marketing and product managers to concept and execute creative direction; including
determining the style, technique, and medium best suited to produce
desired effect/result.
• Spearhead my own ideas to move the brand forward creatively: dream up, design, and complete print pieces, new product launches, digital
HW	marketing campaigns and everything in between.
• Take projects from ideation to defined concepts to execution, including the ability to articulate / present detailed design breakdowns to the component level as well as the creative decisions being made and why.
• Coordinate and oversee social media channels, including content scheduling and branding
• Uncover and apply trends and viral concepts by following brands and hashtags on various social media platforms
• Review all documents to ensure consistency and branding are accurate across all platforms
DESIGNER	• Provide recommendations and execute improvements to existing
campaigns and creative across social, website, and email.
MARKETING	• Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to assist in website
graphics
• Develop, elevate and maintain brand guidelines
DIGITAL	• Responsible for adhering to established workflow processes and ensuring that jobs are completed in required time frames to required
specifications
• Assist with the development of tradeshow graphics
