REVIEWING OF TECHSHEET:
• Studying of style to foresee the problems & their solutions before allocating
The styles to supplier, alerting and advising the supplier about the problems
And the solutions.
RISK ANALYSIS MEETING:
? Conducting RISK ANALYSIS (RA) meeting with the supplier to understand
and foresee the problems which might occur during bulk production and finding the concrete solution to avoid last minute issues in bulk production.
APPROVALS:
• Releasing proto comments along with pattern and coordinating with vendor for implementation of comments
• Releasing size set and PP approval, checking of mini marker and lay plan
• Checking and giving approvals/comments on Lab dips, first of bulk fabric, print and embroidery strike off, wash approval, trims approval etc
• Coordinating with testing labs to cross check all the raw material and end product meets the required testing parameters and safety standards
PPM MEETING:
• Coordinating and conducting pre-production meeting (PPM) with all the departments of supplier before starting production
• To implement and cross check SOP is religiously followed during the order process and safety standards maintained
BATCH SETTING / INLINE
• Day to day in-line batch setting as per style bulletin giving the best and easy
methods with required profiles / folders and latest machines which is giving
better quality and production.
OUT GOING QUALITY LEVEL (OQL)
• Conducting pre-final and final inspections - Visual / Spec/Packing/
Presentation audit - on daily basis to avoid last minute rejection.
• Maintaining the OQL report from findings of midline and final inspection and finding out top 5 defects which is occurring in the factory and finding the ROOT CAUSE for the defects and setting proper SOP to eliminate the top 5
defects.
COORDINATION WITH PD and PPC team
• Coordinating with the PD team for styles review for the upcoming season
and giving the technical input.
• Updating PPC team on date to day production status to avoid production back log and to ensure hand to mouth online packing.

Responsibilities Included -
•   Conducting final Random Inspections at vendor premises as per MIL Std
105E, ASQC ANSI or Buyer recommended Standards
•   Pre-Production Inspections - Our inspection are available to inspect by random sampling the raw materials and components to be used in production.
•   During Production Inspections - As soon as the first goods leave the product lines, inspection will be conducted to check for any defects or
deviations from quality parameters, and to suggest practical and effective
ways in which these can be rectified in the production process.
•   Final Random Inspections - The pre-shipment inspection takes place when the merchandise is completed, packed and ready for shipment. During
final inspection random sample of finished goods, based on internationally
recognized statistical random sampling techniques. We verify quantity,
workmanship, function, color, size specifications and packing details, all with a view to ensure that the contract specifications are met.

•   Random checking of fabric and related reports and updating HO.
•   Co- ordination between Buyers and vendor regarding quality in India.
•   Reporting to country manager regarding Outgoing quality level (OQL) monthly of Indian exporters of Tirupur, Hyderabad & Mumbai Units.
•   Competitive sourcing of products and vendors.
•   Monitoring customer's code of practice/ compliance requirements.
•   In process quality control and outgoing AQL Audits.
•   Assist on Buyer visit.
•   Communicating with buyer through emails regarding production & delivery.

Individually Execution of orders.
•   Conducting Inline/Mid line Inspections at vendor's premises.
•   Final Random Inspections at vendor premises as per MIL Std 105E, ASQC
ANSI or Buyer recommended Standards
•   Size set and Fit samples verifying.
•   Approval of size set sample

INDUSTRIAL TRAINING -
"Underwent training on different kind and type of Printing under Italy
technician.
"Underwent training on model fitting and basic pattern making from Italy
technician
