•	Hired to lead the Los Angeles based apparel division of a vertical full package manufacturing company with offices in Shanghai, Quingdao, and Zhu Cheng, China.
•	Created and launched a new contemporary women’s line under an exclusive license for Shabby Chic apparel.  Developed a brand identity and aesthetic, built a new design and sales team for the brand, and launched the first line within four months of hire with retailers, including Dillard’s and Anthropologie.  
•	Rebranded our own contemporary active wear brand, Thrive Société, with a feminine viewpoint and refocus on core fabrics and fit.  Within one year, expanded a studio/specialty store-based brand to accounts like Von Maur, Stitch Fix and Wantables.  Also launched DTC sales in concert with social media and influencer marketing strategies.
•	Developed additional channels of business with off-price accounts such as Ross and TJ Maxx, and also established private label businesses with accounts such as EVEREVE and Altar’d States.

•	Led a team of 20 designers and support staff for My Michelle Girls Sportswear, My Michelle Girls Dresses, Dillard’s Private Label Brands: GB Juniors, GB Girls, Copper Key Juniors and Copper Key Girls totaling over $50 million in sales.
•	Previously led design teams for Briggs Missy Bottoms, reCreation Missy Denim, Beall’s Private Label Brand Dept 222, Napa Valley Missy Tops, Sag Harbor, Kohl’s Private Label Brand Candies Girls, Jolt Girls Bottoms.


Senior Design Director

•	Lead Designer for AGB Missy Sportswear, Amy Byer 4-16 Dresses, and Amy Byer 4-6X Sportwear. Managed design teams of 2-4 and support teams.
•	Led initiative to reduce manufacturing and domestic sample costs through overseas sourcing and sample development.
•	Instrumental in the relaunch of the AGB brand at Kohl's and increased total sales volume by $20 million
