My name is Noah Phillips, I am a 26-year old graduate from Cal State University - Fullerton with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.  I graduated cum laude with a 3.72 business GPA.  I am hardworking and competitive, which I attest to my years of playing sports during my youth and teen years.  As an Orange County native who grew up in the early 2000s, I have a passion for action sports and participate in many including surfing, snowboarding, motorcycling, and mountain biking.  

I bring a passion for action sports, coupled with a broad range of marketing and finance experience, excellent customer service skills, creative sales ability, and an analytical mindset.  I have worked in customer service and sales positions for the last 10 years at car dealerships, restaurants, breweries, and in commercial real estate.  I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, I enjoy networking with people, collaborating, and using creative thinking.  I thrive in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.  I currently work as an associate broker in commercial real estate.  My principal often tells me I make a great broker because I think outside the box and use creative strategies to find deals.  As a broker, I have greatly strengthened my influencing and negotiation skills.  I also believe my time as a music label manager brings applicable skills.  I created and managed the identity of the brand.  Daily duties included analyzing data to find current trends in music, making strategic decisions about marketing, and building relationships with managers, labels, blogs, artists, and curators to improve our brand awareness.
