? Calculate quarterly state and federal estimated payments for all clients; communicate for reminders to pay and submit payments on their behalf
? Assist clients with incorporation, prepare 83(b) Elections, correspond with IRS and State agencies
with formal letters, inquire on notices received, and correspond with clients in a concise, calm and informative manner with results.
