Manage, create, and inspire a world class kitchen supporting the Taco Bell Food and Beverage Innovation Kitchen.
• Planned and managed six on site and four off-site events a year bringing Taco Bell food to life for up to 1600 franchisees, Yum! Board Members, and Executive Leadership.
• Partnered with HR presenting at 11 new hire events and nine general manager events yearly
• Managed a team of three prep cooks making sure the kitchens were set up with success for multiple daily marketing and operations cross function meetings.
• Supported 60+ PR Test Kitchen Experiences for high profile celebrities (Conan O'Brien, Billy Eilish), 100+ PR photo/video shoots for social media and other media outlets.

Test Kitchen Coordinator

Support director, project managers, and lab team for the Food and Beverage Quality assurance team. Plan meetings, manage calendars, travel, and lab needs.
• Supported QA/Commercialization and Supply chain effectively managing calendars for the Sr. Director, Sr. Manager, and 5 Supply Chain Project Managers.
• Coordinated over 60 Food Safety audits proactively comminating audit scores and trending to the team.
• Managed over 120 food specifications communicating with suppliers on a regular basis ensuing world class food safety standards across the Taco Bell food chain.
• Managed and monitored multimillion dollar budget resulting in timely and accurate billing, receiving, and budget reports to the team.

Administrative Assistant, QA

Supported multiple teams with all administrative tasks including project management, site planning, meeting planning, calendar management, travel and expenses for three director levels in the creative services and operations departments.
• Supported the production of operations videos for promoting new products at various sites including budget management, site coordination, and travel planning.
• Maintained photo library of digital assets for use with promotions, advertising, and presentations.
