ART DIRECTOR

On set art director for the brand's e-commerce photoshoots (both still and video). Executing
10-12 shoots per month with an average SKU count of 32 per day.
Collaborate with our design and merchandising team to style new and existing product that is on
brand and compelling to our loyal customer base of health care providers.
Maintain effective and fruitful relationships with our roster of freelance talent including hair and makeup artists, stylists, photographers, videographers, and models.

I oversaw creative on all digital channels within the Brooklinen brand including retention, paid
social, organic social, and the website.
Managing a team of 2-3 designers, I helped to lead creative on comprehensive branding
initiatives, product launches, sales campaigns and promotions.
Led photo and video shoot art direction in partnership with our in-house production team to ensure the needs of all digital channels were met.

Art Director, Digital

I led and executed a rebranding effort in preparation for the brand's formal launch. This
included new logos, typography, color palette, printed collateral, editorial redesign, app
redesign, as well as defining photography and video art direction.

Art Director + Lead Marketing Designer

Led the concepting and execution of all brand photoshoots (lifestyle, studio, still life, social, and video), managing budgets, working with external producers, project managers, photographers, and stylists to carry out the creative vision.
Oversaw all branding efforts and campaign development from digital to print, social content, and the launch of Mack Weldon's first brick and mortar store at Hudson Yards.
Management of one internal designer plus overseeing external design resources (freelance talent and agencies).
Reported directly into the CEO and worked closely to align brand vision with business goals.

Art Director + Designer

Supported creative needs across the entire business, including brand marketing, email,
merchandising, performance marketing, business development, and engineering, within a
fast-paced, start-up environment.
Designed web ads, emails, marketing campaigns, site and social media assets, and logos for the ShopStyle brand on desktop and mobile platforms.
Led design efforts for all fashion week and influencer partner events including branding, print
assets, and production.
