Replenishment Manager

• Responsible to ensure that all 500+ stores are always in-stock with the current regular price assortment at a 95% average in-stock position across three major carriers, utilizing over 50 sku's, while maintaining healthy weeks of supply, which equate to an average of $5million in inventory placed weekly by forecasting a rolling 12-week inventory plan to carriers.
• Communicate regularly with leadership on status of inventory at location level, carrier availability and constraints as well as status of 3PL inventory.
• Develop Replenishment decision rules, algorithms and work closely with IT to maintain, identify and implement Replenishment tools in order to maximize efficiency in process and development.
• Partner closely with Director of Merchandising and Planning to align on strategy for end-of-life items and new handset launches.
• Manage the Field relationship to ensure that the highest service levels are achieved: timely resolution of issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure prevention vs. reaction.
• Informal coaching and mentoring on an ongoing process to make sure that 6 direct reports can be successful in obtaining or exceeding their performance goals. Created SOPs to streamline order process, identify slow sellers and create stronger relationships with merchant and vendor to establish more efficient work flow.

? Make decisions at the Variant/Store level of 1200 sku's across 178 stores to support sales and profitability, with a focus on sales trends, demand forecasting, seasonal profiles, inventory management and company level directives.
? Determines distribution based on historical and current trend analysis, executes allocation of specific event orders to meet store level demand to support marketing flyers and event sales and ensures product gets to store in time or has back up product in place to stand in for delayed product so we don't lose sales.
? Give product feedback to the team where we can expand from online only into stores, white space opportunity to acquire broader customer base, and speak to inventory levels and strategies in recon meetings with team and upper leadership.
? Partners with Forecast Analyst on order shipping, item performance and areas of opportunity to fund sales with current inventory and communicating when a need to increase an items presentation will result in increased inventory need.

Replenishment and Allocation Analyst

? Ownership of $75M annually which is 30% of Rack Men's Apparel Replenishment ownership. Responsible for 3 departments and 2 buying teams: Men's Denim, Trend and Active across 244 brick and mortar stores, 7 international stores and 1700 sku's. Managed 16 brands as well as 2 in-house Nordstrom brands.
? Turn items efficiently maintaining strong sell through by size at each location by regularly deep diving into the business at a Sku/location level to correct any inefficient selling by adjusting depth presentation improving overall turn by 20%.
? Drove sales with month over month increase and double digit sell through regular communication with vendor on business performance to make sure fast turning sizes are in stock with vendor and are being filled on weekly orders.
? Partnered closely with Forecaster to adjust sales plans to achieve item performance goals creating an 8% var to forecast accuracy month over month by adjusting weeks forward cover to item by location, so that we do not over penetrate a slow turning item and fund the needs of the top items.
? Closely monitored reporting weekly to make sure sales, inventory, sell through and in stock rate was efficient and met company KPI's. Utilized Nordstrom proprietary systems to ensure the item is at its best efficiency level by adjusting presentation stock minimums and maximums, weeks forward cover, and order cadence.

Replenishment Buyer

? Rotational/Special Sizes; $26 Million Demand Responsibility; Grew online demand by 20% in 2018 by looking for white space opportunity to add to product mix as well as determine product not meeting sales goal and exiting that product.
? Managed $2.1M in Annual Flash events creating a 15% increase over LY by focusing on the product and supplier with the highest sell through and sales per event using historical data, consumer trends, marketing/sales input.

Worked closely and built positive relationships with our Digital Merchandising Team based in LA as well as built a strong relationship with the social media team to work with social media influencer to showcase our product on her Instagram page resulting in acquiring new customer relationships and drove sales to our website.
