Assistant Manager

I am an Industrial Design graduate from the New Jersey Institute of Technology's Hillier
College of Architecture and Design. I also bring a background in mechanical
engineering. I have strong interpersonal and presentation abilities and an instinct for
business purposes. I am skilled in 3D modeling and computer-aided design. I'm
seeking an industrial design position where I can apply my technical knowledge and
modeling expertise to solve real-world problems.

Manages all facets of business operations, including communicating with manufacturer for inventory needs, fulfilling online orders in a timely manner, and interacting with customers through email and over the phone.

Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu. Sells coffees and coffee grinding and brewing equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines; demonstrating how brewing equipment operates.

When I was not away at college, I worked part time at RPM, where I also trained myself. I lead or assisted individual and group training sessions in the gym and on the indoor turf, with a special focus on training for lacrosse.

Turning a product I originally conceived and developed as part of my Industrial Design second-year studio into a viable market offering through workshops, mentor conversations, and peer feedback from other participants.
