I was mainly responsible for Marketing, Social Media, Sales, Logistic Operations, Customer Service, and Studio. I had approximately 35 teammates.
Every day we were improving ourselves and trying to build productive working systems. We were following new trends in E-commerce and trying to integrate them into our operation.

As a Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist I was responsible for following action of our marketing agents, and preparation of marketing reports.

Jr. Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at the largest German airline company for 6 months, I was encouraged to go beyond and above. I assisted the sales and marketing team by getting in contact with Lufthansa's corporate customers, and preparing reports and presentations. I directly worked with the corporate customers in relation to Partner Plus Benefit programs.

Working at a multinational, well-established corporation was a valuable experience in which I learned the importance and necessity of organizational structure within a company.

Sales and Marketing Intern

In this 4 month period, I assisted in the management of the logistic operation of e-commerce sales. My main responsibilities were maintaining the goods receiving process and stock management.
There was 30 personnel working in the e-commerce operation department. I was the second authorized person in charge. It was my first managing experience. In this experience, I learned the importance of team members and the necessity of good communication within the team.

Assistant E-Commerce Logistic Manager

As the purchasing agent, I was responsible for procuring Products that the company did not produce such as Women's Accessories like shoes or bags. I purchased these products for e-commerce sales operations.
In this process, I have improved my skill of bargaining and had the experience of managing of budget.

During the summer of 2014, I worked as a sales representative in Allday Wholesales Store located in Merter, Istanbul. My responsibility was to introduce and sell products to customers.
During these 4 months, I learned about sales strategies and improved my face-to-face relationship skills.
