Working experience in Microsoft Dynamics GP, checking shipping
documents from China (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BoL), accruing
shipping costs for the goods, issue an OC and Invoice for the customers,
update existing OC for latest arrival information, prioritized and optimized
clients order shipments, informing warehouse manager about special conditions and shipping methods of the goods based upon customer's request, making
weekly report for current inventory and moving stock, preparing monthly
forecast for stock goods, processing the customers payments into GP System,
checking the inventory level of the goods, issue Purchase Orders, checking and controlling of timely product delivery, producing report that identify inventory
adjustments, assisting Sales Director to match monthly sales goal, comparing
inventory level between GP System and physically in the warehouse, making
appropriate adjustments or transfers, doing wire requests through Microsoft

satisfaction to steady repeat business, coach / schedule servers to maximum
levels of performance, meet the goals in labor cost, food cost and sales,
purchase / control inventory with attention to budget guidelines, hire and train

Communicate with supplier about availability of goods, book & Pre-book
dedicated customer freight within competitive market rates, negotiate about
time, weight and dimensions of goods' pick up from suppliers, consolidate of
goods in Europe and shipping by railway, airway or by track, checking and organizing the documents from suppliers (CI, PL, CO, RWBill, AWBill, TIR Carnet, CMR, Veterinarian Certificate, Custom Declaration), assist in customs
clearance of goods, receiving veterinarian permission for products of animal
origin, calculation of goods' cost, deliver the goods to customer.

Logistic manager

Work in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, check shipment documents from supplier (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Quality Certificate, Railway Bill and Bill of Lading), work with Incoterms 2010, track & trace shipments from origin to final destination, send information of good's
movement to receiver, assist consignee in preparing documents for custom
clearance and receiving cargo.

Import manager

Maintenance of the office library including cataloging, distribution, and
record keeping, assuring office is neat, and stocked with necessary tools for functionality, keep updated all information about events, including email
reminders, member roster, and records of financial dues, assist with planning and execution of all society events, client assisting with the direction, time
arranging, scheduling the appointment and introducing. Communication with
Business Partners and Customers personally, by phone and EDI, perform filing,
data management, drafting and editing short office memos, assist with all
other office administrative duties
