Consistently booking 5+ demos on a weekly basis (20 meetings per month).

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Connect, qualify, and schedule meetings with creators and entrepreneurs –averaging 92% monthly quota attainment for meetings scheduled.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound/outbound leads efficiently. Generate and qualify creator interest in what we do - understand/uncover creators needs to confidently communicate how our SAAS platform can help them manage their business better.
Fielded 25+ inbound/outbound calls and 200+ emails from creators on weekly basis.
Conduct demos for creators to learn more about our platform (3-5 per week). Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive more meetings – creating processes around cold calling and SDR duties.

Creator Outreach

Guide customers through the financial application process while answering
questions and providing a flawless customer experience.
Communicating with 95% of our Spanish speaking customers to facilitate
educating them on best practices for improving credit scores and long-term
financial wealth.
Working with customers to solve technical issues and educate them on our
products, services, and technology.
Creating and implementing processes around customer success team on daily
duties and calling scripts for quality assurance reporting.
