Am I multifaceted? Why yes, I am! I have an extensive and successful background in marketing, business development, sales, creative and account management spanning the world of cycling/action sports, performance automotive and real estate – I am as well rounded as they come. Am I hard working and able to build trust and rapport with others? That’s an understatement. In my first year as a realtor, I achieved $12.7 million in sales while simultaneously and successfully performing the full-time role as Business Development Manager at HRE Performance Wheels.

Prospect and secure new business through multiple tactics. Guide and bring comfort to client every step of the way through contracts,
legal documents, negotiations, inspections, home-prep and more. Preside over negotiations and advise clients of options and strategies. Develop unique marketing plan for each client based on their needs, current market, property highlights and desired
outcome. Gather client information to determine their desired features in a home, financial ability, home types and neighborhoods of interest.

?	Confidence and approach through cold-calling and door-knocking have led to new listings and buyers as well as hundreds of new contacts to foster over the long term.

Identified and secured new partners/distributors within North America and Canada to help further grow the business while maintaining
relationships and implementing growth opportunities.

?	Built up the FlowForm product line from a $500K annual revenue stream in 2013 to $1.8 Million in 2015. This was
accomplished by rebuilding all areas of the business:
o Researched, vetted and established new distributors in a very strategic manner.
o Worked closely with marketing to communicate needs to achieve brand awareness and product education for our dealers and consumers in order to meet sales goals.
o Strong interpersonal skills enabled me to re-ignite the existing dealers.
o Sought out new opportunities for growth that went beyond the traditional dealer/distributor model.
* Developed a relationship with Petty's Garage that secured HRE as the supplier for their Mustang
builds that could be purchased through Ford dealerships across the globe. This single relationship
netted the company over $500K in wheel sales in 2015.
