-Handle the logistical planning of surf camps in three locations that had a staff of 12 instructors and 50+ students during the summer months.

-Coordinate the communication, sales, scheduling, coordination and money transaction process for private/group lessons, youth camps, membership program, surf trips, company outings, and more.

-Create partnerships with other businesses to create contracts to grow revenue streams and marketing opportunities.

- Devise new promotional approaches to boost customer numbers and market penetration while enhancing engagement and driving growth and profit by 10% each year.

-Build and strengthen productive and valuable industry partnerships to drive collaboration, engagement and revenue stream development.
