Tennessee aged and California bottled. This moniker illustrates how my aesthetic and sensibility is as rigorous as it is random. I’ve been committed to creativity on many platforms; apparel being just one of my strengths. As such, I’ve held the role of Art Director for X-Large and Soul Assassins respectively. 

Hybrid is the foremost licensing house working with premier brands such as Levi's, Columbia, and Reebok. To boost the brand’s presence and highlight its cornerstone American appeal, we developed a series of special collections specifically to engage niche markets.
• Spearhead innovative and volume driving design from ideation to fruition for both SMU as well as seasonal deliveries.
• Since joining the team, my department has seen double-digit growth while acquiring private label programs and Columbia license.
• Managed a consistent aesthetic and ensure the direction reflects each brand’s unique DNA in new markets while strengthening existing accounts [Levi’s/Columbia/Dakine/Fox].
• Guided team through the graphic life cycle from ideation, launch, fulfillment, and analysis. Curation of consumer and competitive research trips for business development.
• My team partnered with key retailers to deliver looks for the ever-savvy streetwear consumer and destination graphics for the more nostalgic patron. These programs have blossomed and expanded during my fruitful tenure.
• Point person to the Creative Director for sample approvals, project lead, liaison, etc.
• Served on a panel for charity fundraising and team building programs.
