Responsible for designing strategic integrated marketing plans for the Oakley Sport Division supporting all categories: Eyewear, Goggles, Wearables, Apparel and Accessories.

• Manage a team of experts in Channel Marketing, Product, Trade Marketing and Training in order to deliver the right product at the right place with the right story, on time.
• Responsible for executing the marketing campaign and retailer consumer demand creation (social, media, direct mail, in-store POP, GWP, eCom branding, etc...) as part of the go to marketing plan
• Proven track record of managing cross functional teams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Product, and Marketing 
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to convey channel needs, offer strategies to meet business objectives, monitor/measure marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements
• Identify opportunities for improvements on processes, agencies, systems and platforms
• Maximize budget dollars for the best return on investment
